  28. We have been using Multi-Tech modems for over 2 years now and will not
  29. buy any other model.  Their performance has been better than any other
  30. comparable models that we have tried.  We have had to send 2 modems
  31. back for repair because of lightning damage and the service and
  32. response time was above expectations.
